Returned parts are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returned parts that show signs of abuse, wear, or are otherwise not in the same condition as when they were sent are not eligible for a refund. Any shipping charges regarding returned parts are the customer's responsibility.
* To address some people's comments, yes, apparently we are 'still in the Stone Age'. We have our reasons for not offering online ordering, but in a world of impersonal transactions and automated phone menus, maybe hearing a real person's voice on the phone is a pleasant change? If nothing else you can tell your kids about this old-timey place that uses their phones for actual phone calls and not just for texts or watching videos. We're like a history museum!
